One system, concept to mass production

# The GPS for your NPI build

**The build's already slipping. You'll hear about it Friday.
Capibara flagged it the day it started.**

![capibara-hero-arc-v4](https://www.capibaraai.com/hs-fs/hubfs/capibara-hero-arc-v4.png?width=4669&height=1226&name=capibara-hero-arc-v4.png)

The product

## Every team plugs in. One picture comes out.

Engineering, quality, supply chain and your CM all update the same build. Not a spreadsheet each, not an email thread, not a deck that is stale before the meeting ends. One live picture, and one system to run the whole build in, so the slip shows up the day it starts, not the day of the review.

- Live build status Daily in and out, yield, quality and materials for every build, on one screen.
- Slip signals When actual trails plan three days running, it gets flagged. One bad day is noise. Three is a trend.
- The CM in the room Your contract manufacturer enters the daily, not a separate email thread.

Reporting

## The numbers you get asked for, without building the deck.

Every figure in the weekly is already in the daily. Capibara keeps them current, by build and to date, and shows the gap next to whoever committed the number.

Inside the build

## Five views. One daily entry.

The factory enters the daily once. Everything below reads from it, so engineering, quality, supply chain and the CM are looking at the same numbers on the same day.

Build status

### Built against plan, as of this morning

Cumulative units built against the planned input curve, and the gap between them in units and days. The factory's entry from this morning, not a slide from last week.

![capibara-mockup-grid-build-status-v2](https://www.capibaraai.com/hs-fs/hubfs/capibara-mockup-grid-build-status-v2.png?width=2000&height=1120&name=capibara-mockup-grid-build-status-v2.png)

[Built against plan, as of this morning](https://www.capibaraai.com/#reporting)

Slip signals

### A three-day trend, not a one-day scare

One bad day is noise. When actual trails plan three days running and the gap is not shrinking, the build is flagged and the people who own it are told. Read the date, not the colour.

[A three-day trend, not a one-day scare](https://www.capibaraai.com/#ladder)

Yield

### First pass, by station

Yield per station and per build, cumulative and daily, so you know which fixture is eating the units.

[First pass, by station](https://www.capibaraai.com/#reporting)

Materials

### Clear to build, or not

BOM coverage against the schedule. The part that is short shows up here weeks before it shows up as an empty bin.

[Clear to build, or not](https://www.capibaraai.com/#reporting)

CM and vendors

### Your CM enters it here

They see their line, their yield, their daily. Not your liability, your alternates, or your cost.

[Your CM enters it here](https://www.capibaraai.com/#reporting)

Before and after

## Same build. Same CM. Different Friday.

Nothing about the factory changes. What changes is when the slip becomes visible, who sees it first, and which recovery options are still on the table when they do.

BEFORE

### The slip shows up in a deck... a week late

- Build status lives in personal Excel files. Out of sync the moment they're shared
- Cross-functional updates arrive by email thread. No single, current timeline
- Leadership sees the weekly deck. Stale before the meeting ends
- By the time the slip is visible, the easy fix is gone. Air freight, or move the date

With Capibara

AFTER

### The slip shows up in the daily, the day it starts

- One build, one live picture. Engineering, quality, supply chain and the CM enter the same daily
- A three-day trend gets flagged, not a one-day scare. Read the date, not the color
- The recovery options sit side by side. Cost against days against risk, while L1 to L3 still exist
- The person who owns the build is never the last to know.

Daily How often the build gets entered, and read

3 days Trend separating a slip from a disaster

Same day When the owner learns the build's at risk

CORA · Worked example

## A P2 part fails qualification mid-EVT. Three ways out.

CORA does not hand you one answer. It searches every combination of levers against the live build and returns the tradeoffs that are not dominated by another: cost against days against risk. You pick.

- $ 420 k

  Air freight and expedite

0 to 3 day slip. Low residual risk. Buys time with money.

  PLAN A · L3 · LOGISTICS
- $ 165 k

  Re-sequence and swap

About 7 day slip. Medium risk, from qualification.

  PLAN B · L1 + L4 · SOURCING
- $ 40 k

Accept the slip, hold for sea

18 to 25 day slip. Low residual risk. Costs the date, not the budget.

  PLAN C · L5 · COMMITMENT
- 25 days

  The width of the frontier

Same failure. The plans differ by $380k and 25 days, and none of them is wrong.

  A TO C · ILLUSTRATIVE

Worked example. The first case CORA is built to solve, from the failed part to the chosen plan.

FAQ

## Ask us the hard ones.

The questions people ask first, answered without a slide.

All questions

Your CM

Getting started

Cost

### We already have MES Popular

Keep it. MES runs the line. Capibara runs the build: engineering, quality, supply chain and your CM, one record. We read what your floor produces. Nothing on the floor changes.

### How is this not a dashboard?

A dashboard tells you where the build is. Capibara tells you where it's going, what closes the gap, and which option expires first. The dashboard is the smallest part.

### Is this an AI thing? Popular

Two parts are. Agents read what your suppliers and CM already send, so nobody retypes it. CORA, still being built, prices every way out of a slip, cost against days against risk, side by side. The rest is a record and a rule: three days behind plan and not closing is a slip. No model needed to know that.

### Our CM won't share data.

They won't have to. They keep their system and keep sending what they send today. The daily goes in once, in their portal, where they see their line, their yield, their counts. Not your liability, your alternates or your cost.

### Where is our data stored?

On AWS in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your CM sees only its own portal. Your build data trains nothing for anyone else, and we don't sell it. [The policy](https://www.capibaraai.com/privacy?hsLang=en) is one page, written to be read.

### How long until it's running?

Set up from the spreadsheet you already have. We load your builds, modules and dates before you log in, then sit in your daily for the first week. About six weeks from signature to running your build on Capibara, most of it on our side.

### Is there a free trial?

Startup mode is open to anyone, no account. The build review is forty-five minutes on your actual build, no demo. Between them you'll know whether this is for you before anyone talks about money.

### What does it cost? Popular

A flat monthly fee per program, with your whole team included. Nothing per seat. The first ten customers get founding terms: founder-led onboarding, direct access, and the price held for three years. We'll give you the number in the first ten minutes of the build review, once we know how many programs you run. No tiers page, no "contact sales." Just [book the review](https://www.capibaraai.com/book-a-build-review?hsLang=en) and we'll walk you through it.

Nothing matches that yet. Clear the search or pick another category.

Get started

## You sure you're launching on time?

Every hardware program gets asked. Most teams can't answer it until the weekly review. Capibara answers it every morning, and when the answer is no, it shows you what it takes to make it yes.

- 1 quarter Of product revenue can ride on a single launch slip
- 5 to 10× Air freight over sea when the slip is found late
